Information Collected Through Integrations
When you connect third-party services to Junto, we collect and process data from those integrations to provide our Services:
- Ticket data, notes, and time entries from PSA systems (ConnectWise, Autotask, HaloPSA)
- Device and endpoint information from RMM tools (NinjaOne, Datto)
- User and authentication data from Microsoft 365
- Other data necessary to provide AI-powered helpdesk functionality
This data is processed on behalf of you and your MSP clients to deliver our core service functionality.
Information Collected Automatically
Whenever you interact with our Services, we automatically receive and record information including:
- IP address

- Device identifiers
- Pages visited and features used
- Date and time of access
