    • Device and endpoint information from RMM tools (NinjaOne, Datto)
    • User and authentication data from Microsoft 365
    • Other data necessary to provide AI-powered helpdesk functionality

    This data is processed on behalf of you and your MSP clients to deliver our core service functionality.
