Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the juntoai.com website and the Junto platform (the "Service") operated by Junto Platforms, Inc. ("Junto", "us", "we", or "our").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
1. Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password and API credentials that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your account.
You agree not to share your account credentials with any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
2. Use of the Service
Junto provides an AI-powered helpdesk command center for Managed Service Providers (MSPs). The Service integrates with third-party tools including PSA systems, RMM tools, and Microsoft 365 to provide ticket context, AI-powered recommendations, and workflow automation.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the Service in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
- Use the Service to transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful data
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Use the Service to process data you do not have the right to process
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
- Use the Service to compete with Junto or build a competing product
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without authorization
- Use automated means to access the Service beyond approved integrations
Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Ensuring you have the right to connect third-party accounts and process data through Junto
- Obtaining necessary consents from your clients for data processing
- Maintaining the security of your connected integrations
- Reviewing AI-generated recommendations before taking action
- Complying with your own legal and contractual obligations
3. Integrations and Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party platforms including ConnectWise, NinjaOne, Microsoft 365, and others. Your use of these integrations is subject to the terms and conditions of those third-party services.
We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or functionality of third-party services. Changes to third-party APIs or services may affect the functionality of Junto.
You authorize Junto to access and process data from your connected integrations as necessary to provide the Service.
4. AI-Powered Features
The Service includes AI-powered features that provide recommendations, analysis, and suggested actions. You acknowledge and agree that:
- AI outputs are suggestions and should be reviewed before action
- AI may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate outputs
- You are responsible for reviewing and approving AI-suggested actions
- Junto does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content
- You should not rely solely on AI outputs for critical decisions
5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Junto Platforms, Inc. and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
You retain ownership of any data you input into the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data as necessary to provide the Service.
6. Payment Terms
Certain features of the Service require payment. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees.
- Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
- We may change pricing with 30 days notice
- Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
JUNTO DOES NOT WARRANT THAT:
- The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
- The results obtained from the Service will be accurate or reliable
- The Service will meet your specific requirements
- Any errors in the Service will be corrected
YOU USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JUNTO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Loss of profits, revenue, or data
- Business interruption
- Cost of substitute services
- Damages arising from AI-generated recommendations or actions
IN NO EVENT SHALL JUNTO'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO JUNTO IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Junto Platforms, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:
- Your access to or use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
- Data you process through the Service
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach the Terms.
Upon termination:
- Your right to use the Service will immediately cease
- We may delete your account and associated data
- Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive (including ownership, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability)

11. Data Processing
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
For customers processing personal data of EU residents, we will enter into a Data Processing Agreement upon request.
12. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Delaware.
You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
15. Waiver
The failure of Junto to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Junto regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
17. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date.
Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
